Recently, I’v read an article from Newsweek relating to the hazards from working environment. It mentioned five major causes that will damage your health such as sights for sore eyes, a pain in the back, noises, desk-side noshing and bad vibes. I totally agree with these statements. And I think that the mentions above not just tally with the office worker also school students.
Frankly, I bet everyone knows about the problem we have, but we just never listen! We’re told not to stay up late, not to eat fast-food, but no one really cares. We often wait until the consequence breaks out then we will do some adjustments. A good working environment can create efficiency. Thus, we cannot neglect the importance of it. Furthermore, our health should be at the first place while choosing works because without a good health, whatever chance to become a billionaire will turn out to be trifling. And seriously, you don’t want to make your efforts into toll right? So, if we still hold those bad habits, we should make some adjustments or even quit it.
Personally, I think the cause of having bad vibrations affects me the most because I often easily get influenced by others. And it sometimes nerves me when I’m doing some important things for instance, taking exams. So far, I’ve tried to get rid of it and worked it out.

Journal ING - The Crucial Removal
The most sensational news today is supposed to be the accident in front of the National Library. There was a man who ran over a journalist so a photographer from 東森 his own car , saying that he didn’t do it o no purpose. Witnessing the implorable accident, the riots no matter pan blue or pan green fetched their aids to this reporter. Lifting up the heavy metal crashing upon his figure, they rescued the man fro wreckage.
And we call know that why there’s a gathering around C.K.S Memorial Hall, it was because the memorial tablet in its front gate which is inscribed 大中至正 is going to be removed for some historical reason or even out of a political intention. Not to judge that whether it’s right to take such action or not, basically, it’s of nonsense at this crucial moment where our economy and social order are at stake and people can hardly live on their lives. Frankly, I don’t think those power-holders see us, for we are too small to be seen.

Journal ING - Oil Spill in Balck Sea
According to the report from NPR, we know that a violent storm devastated four major dreighters and destroyed the oil tank as well. Consequently, the oil spread all over the sea and caused thousands of birds to death. All of a sudden, more than a half of millions barrels of oil went down to the sea or remained at the surface and indeed required an emergent rescuing strategy. The wildlife is at stake, but it seems like men can do no more for them by just watching and waiting. It is said that to cleanse the sea water and filter them out of oil is a time-wasting task, it'll last more than months to do that or even more. But there's no time for birds and fishes to wait, they die in every single day even in every minute. This is another disaster we made to this pure earth. Having no resolutions for that, Russian and Ukrainian official received a huge blast from many countries. This incident will not only last until the sea is cleansed but forever because the birds we used to see will never come back and that's for sure!
Journal ING - The Oncoming Tide of Charity
While making a good fortune, the rich bear those worries toward the illed and poor in mind and try to do something good to them. Bill Gates, the richest of the world, constantly donated more and more to this society or this global village. His philanthropy brings the ones of other giants like Buffett for example who donated two thirds of his fortune to The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation in order to make the good of all and gain the profit of the needed. I found it 's very touching and lots of people are so moved and affected by this generous act. Recently, Bill Gates paid much attention on HIV infectors. He formed a partnership with Chinese government and grated a 50 million US dollars for its future. Bill's aim is at helping those who are possible at risk but is so far unawared, trying to make the infected be informed in advance out of this huge population.
Journal ING - Dollar's Woe
Dollar, which once dominated the world trade market has now fell into the depth. Saying it's going to meet the parity with Canadian dollar and to be far behind the euro, dollars have become priceless. But as most of the businessmen in taiwan, they might suffer from this falling point. It's because that they primarily rely on US dollars, the higher it is worth the more they earn, so the disaster is going to spread all over the world. And it is interesting that we see lots of Canadians go across their state to the US to do some shopping, for it would save a lot from their up-lifting currency than ever. Also, for Americans, when they travel in Europeans countries, they thought it would be too expensive to shop there even in the world largest fast food restaurant Mc Donald's. Is that something related to retribution after many years of waging so many cruel and unbearable wars?

Journal ING - Whose voice is that?
Recently, we've all heard so much of the people who tried to protest themselves in front of our president or even the vice one. Situating on this critical moment, truth can be turned into a false action, thus, whose voice does it belong to, nobody's gonna know that. But, there's one single fact that tells the status of falling economy is that people are getting tired of living in this highly pressured society which gives no hope to them. Nevertheless, all we see on the media is useless and meaningless verbal fightings between these two biggest parties, leaders have low morality while their staff are immersed in corruption. These are definitely things that we don 't want to see. And let me explain why there's only a few people who will join the voting because when we know it's not gonna make any difference, then why VOTE? or to hold a Referendum , WHATEVER! People are sick of it, or don't give a sh*t about it! Because we cannot even make a living !

Journal ING-Thanks to John
This is all for my friend John.
We met a couple of years ago in a summer school in France. After that section of french learning projet, we still contact with each other. We then become more and more familiar with each other, then we decided to get along with each other though we were at distance. It's a new task for me till I realized that it won't go well if there's a lack of cultural acquirements. And what I worried the most just happened today. Recently, I've spent lots of time doing homework and reviewing, I happened to be too careless to care about other people including John, then he got mad and thought that I was too selfish becuz there's only me, myself, in my mind. And he told me I can't always be busy on my stuff, put friends away, and go back to them after all stuff's done. I felt so sorry, and I think I just need some time to think and reflect a bit. We both need to cool down, just felt so sad during this moment.

Journal-ING Holy Weather Holy Truth
Have you yet noticed the rapid change that happened in recent weather? Or you’ve just had enough with the words coming from the mouth of the forecast man? YES! I cannot agree with you more. I resent hot weather or warm and even sunny day. In contrast, I love an area that has clear season, and you can easily identify the weather by its environmental change. I think it’s the problem we encounter RIGHT NOW. Tell you what, everyday I got to prepare a light jacket, a bottle of sunblock lotion, an UV umbrella and of course a huge bottle of water. It’s all for late summer time. I think it’s the most annoying season throughout the year, cuz it’s so unclear! You can either have a morning of fall, an afternoon of hot summer and a night of winter. No wonder lots of people are getting sick or catching a cold. Okay, I know it’s a green house issue and I’ve just finished Al Gore’s The Inconvenient Truth. What I felt about the film is that “Wow, hey buddy, you’ve just told the truth, a truth that you’ve hided so long for your fellow Americans.” Okay, I’d say it’s a brave deed.

Journal-ING People at Stake
Apparently, we’re all well-informed by the news that happened to Burmese people in Rangoon, Myanmar. It was told that nearly thousands were dead during this vast demonstration. It’s obvious that people are protesting against the recessing economy and the notorious warlord who has been their sovereign for several years without a public voting. And you can see that most protesters marching on the streets are monks, it was because Burmese only have faith in them. “When every time they speak up, people listen.” said one dissident citizen. Regarding on this issue, the Burmese government send more and more troops to suppress those dissidents instead of an offer of a truce even peace talks. Also, it was reported that the authority tried to cut off the contacts from domestic area to outside their country for stopping the international press from wild-spreading the scandal or rumor. Burmese are at stake, and we globe villagers are still unwakened. But, to be blunt, what could we do in order to help them get out of the hell like that? And you might say that let’s let the UN to handle it? Well, in fact, the government itself has already reputed and refused to the intervention of the UN for reason that they were only outsiders.
In such situation, people might stand up and start to do something good to the society rather than to sit and wait. But what if it’s an unreachable distance in which the Burmese are suffering through a national crisis?

Journal-ING Jazz Concert
Last night, I went to the famous Annual Jazz Concert in the square of Taichung City Government. That was fantastic!!! The weather eventually cooled down when it's close to 8 pm. Sitting on the grass, feeling the cool wind, I could never forget why I experienced just in one special night. The music and enchanting melody embraced me warmly so that I wouldn’t feel cold in the dark but charming night. The Brazilian band played their favorite songs and chanted a little in a while and everyone was like drunk in their charms and sweetness. I see people holding hands, giving hugs to each other and even dancing with the music freely and happily. To be honest, any kind of music can be like this, so inspiring and so touching. But why is that? Someone said that as long as the frequency of the music perfectly fit the one in your heart, you will feel comfortable and unprecedented happiness. Judging from this opinion, I felt in the same way, I was so moved by this intriguing cadence and rhythm. It was definitely an unforgettable night in my life.

Journal ING---Film Review
As a matter of fact, I am so into movies, especially when there's my favorite casting. Keanu Reeves, one of my favorite actors has, so far, performed in at least 5 films. <> is my favorite, he was doing fabulously well. It's quite popular when we have romantic movies in Taiwan because we are said that Taiwanese people are far more conservative than westerns, so we always have that sort of anxiety deep in our heart instead of showing it. As a result, when we watch the film which is quite sensational or touching, we'll cry or hear the soaring of your heart first or at last. For instance, currently I went to see the movie "Lust and Caution" which is directed by the leading and most-in Asian director Ann Lee, who was born in Tainan. Indeed, it is a sensational movie. Furthermore, the way he deals with those inner emotions and how to express its moral even sexual meaning is wonderful, no wonder he's the winner. It was so detailed about the true feelings that I couldn't breath for some time. You will feel both excited, ecstatic and even astonished at the same time. It is definitely a film that worths your inner reaction as well.

The reaction to the article "Without Emotion"
It's not hard to imagine what life would be during war time. He had to make himself brave enough in order to fight with the enemy also to kill them by his bare hands. Instead of being a chickedn in the war field, he chose to face it even he originally didn't want to be like that. War is cruel and unecessary, but as to gain the profits or dignity, people tend to win brucely in every battle. Leaders wanted to win but he himself didn't need to go on to war just like Bush Junior. The article is quite ironic or you can say sarcastic, the author wanted to reflex the brutal part of war, it's much more cruel than we thought. And it has huge negative impact on our pure mind, but also let us know the feeling to take one's life. It's like a dilemma in here, he's a man, he should be brave and patriotic, but he dare not to take someone's life if he had not practiced unwillingly.

My Philosophy of Life
Life isn't easy nor long, and how to seize the day has become my new goal of life. In my opinion, life can't be lived on by rules or any kinds of philosophy, but perhaps by coinsidence or lots of vicissitudes. We may expect to have something good to happen in our lives, but we cannot stop those bad from happening.
" Hard work and determination always win the day ", the proverb caught my eye during the first sight. I keep it in mind wherever I go or whatever I do. It shows me that how powerful one's mind is and how important that we have to make efforts in order to gain is.
Men are curious animals. We probe the answers through the life and we strived for a path when we get stocked.
People have also been wondering that how to win the best life among all. But I would say start from your daily life instead of your whole life.
